Our product team, developers, and leaders recently spent a week in our Manila offices going through a deep dive into what tools our developers are using to deliver our new features. It was an incredibly productive session, showcasing how we’re leveraging the latest in AI to streamline workflows and accelerate innovation.
It’s clear to us that AI, at least in the foreseeable future, won’t replace the spark of creative thinking or the nuanced strategic vision required for true digital transformation in retail. Instead, it will dramatically accelerate our ability to bring these innovations to life.
We’re currently living through an incredibly exciting and transformative period, reminiscent of the early days of the internet and the explosion of new businesses it enabled. Just as Software as a Service (SaaS) revolutionized software distribution, moving it from on-premise solutions to the agile cloud, AI is poised to do the same for SaaS itself. SaaS isn’t dying; it’s simply being upgraded to a new, more intelligent way of building and delivering software. This represents a significant SaaS upgrade for the industry.
