RANDEM BOPIS is a Buy Online and Pickup In Store application that allows you to give your customers the choice to use traditional delivery options and offer your customers the ability to Purchase on your ECommerce store and pickup in a chosen physical store.
RANDEM BOPIS is an easy to install Application that will place a workflow onto your website that allows your customers to choose a store to pickup their order from. You can then customise and integrate this application to work within your specific business requirements. Once the customer places an order it flows into the BOPIS control panel where your in-store team will see the orders and be able to manage those orders.
Yes, you can customise the look and feel of the frontend elements, the checkout messaging and the control panel look and feel. All of these allow you to make the BOPIS match with your business' look and feel.
In RANDEM BOPIS we have 2 pre-built integrations as well as fully-featured APIs for developers to build custom integrations for your business.
Our current pre-built integrations are with Vend and Heartland Retail. Within the application, you can link your Vend or Heartland Retail instance to the BOPIS application which will allow you to map your POS stores to the BOPIS stores which will pull live inventory tracking from your POS.
If you don't have one of those POS systems you can use our APIs to connect directly into the app with your own integration.

Once a customer places a BOPIS order it will sync into the chosen stores Control Panel. To learn how to setup and use the control panel click here: HERE
The Control Panel allows your in-store staff to see all orders as they flow through and manage them through each stage of the pickup journey.
When our BOPIS app installs it edits your existing shipping zones to add a Pickup In Store option. If you've added a new shipping zone (e.g. expanded to a new country) there's a chance this will be blocking the checkout from working with a new store you created.
To ensure BOPIS is working we need 2 things:
1. We need a shipping zone created for the country where that store is based.
2. We need a shipping option within that zone labeled "Pickup In Store"
If you ensure both of those have been fulfilled your BOPIS will work through the Checkout.
